Robert A. Brady - Attorney

Bob has been practicing law in Wake County and surrounding areas since 1977. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1970. After working 3 years as a Provider Relations Representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina he returned to law school and graduated with honors from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1976. With over 30 years of experience he has primarily practiced in Cary as a solo practitioner as well as in partnership with other attorneys. Bob is licensed to practice before the Federal Courts, all North Carolina Courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Wake County Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association and is a member of the Cary Rotary Club.

While concentrating in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Development and Real Estate closings he also helps his clients in civil litigation matters, traffic and estate planning. His extensive experience complements the firm’s ability to serve in multiple areas meeting the needs of his clients.

Samuel J. Cole, II - Attorney

Sam graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1989. Upon graduation, he continued his education by attending law school in Chapel Hill and obtained his juris doctorate degree in 1992. He is licensed to practice law in all North Carolina State and Federal courts and is a member of the Wake County Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association- Real Property Section.

Since graduation from law school, Sam has concentrated his practice in real estate law and has served the needs of buyers, sellers and builders in the Wake County area for over fifteen years. He has been an associate with the firm since June of 2000, whereas he has continued his real estate practice and has assisted the firm in a wide range of civil litigation matters.
